WAZA started its operation more than three decades ago as a catering venture to cater to the demand of authentic Kashmiri Cuisine in the city of Jammu, the Winter Capital of the state of Jammu and Kashmir in India. Within a short time-span, the authentic and exotic recipes with its unique taste, embellished with the rich aroma and flavour of organic spices dished out by trained and experienced chef's from Jammu & Kashmir struck a chord with the people. Under the dynamic leadership of its Founder, Arvind Mehta, Waza was quick to identify the changing dining habits of people, especially in the metropolitan and Tier-II cities of the country. The company saw the opportunity to introduce the traditional and rich Wazawan as well as unique Kashmiri and Mughlai cuisine to the people of India and abroad. This lead to Waza entering into the Restaurant business.
Over the past few years, Waza has grown at a rapid pace and carved a niche in serving legacy of the Kashmir Taste. Waza has it's chain of Fine Dining, Casual Dining and QSR/ Takeaway restaurants located in several states of India including Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir etc serving legacy of Kashmir Taste. WAZA is the only brand in this category which is serving to the nation authentic flavours of Kashmir with no competition & comparison. WAZA has recently diversified in the Indian Organic Spices and Food Commodities business in collaboration with World1 Solutions, a dynamic, leading Trading House specialized in International Trade i.e. (Import & Export), and other allied Management Consultancy Services company.
