At WAZA, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

Due to hygiene and personal-use nature of hair accessories, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

However, we offer replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Wrong items received

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the issue.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the product is out of stock or if cancellation is approved before dispatch.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled after placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
